Overview
At Ellen Estly, we want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we accept returns and issue refunds under the terms described below. Please review this policy carefully before making a request.

Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Items such as towels, bed linens, and personal-use items must be unopened for hygiene reasons.

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions.

Return Timeframe and Process
Once your return is approved, you must send the item back within 5 days of receiving our return confirmation email. We recommend using a tracked shipping method. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow 3–5 business days from the date we receive the item to complete this process.

Refunds
If your return is approved:

  • You will receive a full refund for the returned item.

  • Refunds will be processed to the same name and address used on your original cash-on-delivery order, typically as a bank transfer or mobile wallet refund in your local currency.

  • Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days after approval.

Please note: We do not offer refunds for items returned after the eligible return period or for items not in their original condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Custom or made-to-order items

Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing [email protected]. After this period, your order will already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
